Using grape leaves grown from at his ranch, Tom Harper of Boorinakis Harper Ranch, serves up handmade dolmas with dill yogurt sauce at the 24th annual Celebrity Chefs fundraiser at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn. Boorinakis Harper Ranch primarily grow Bartlett Pairs sold at the Foothill Farmers Market in Auburn during the summer. The Lions Club food bonanza draws hundreds to taste the dishes and raise funds for local nonprofits.

Seems no one thought to mention the Lions Club that puts on the Celebrity Chefs is the 49er Lions of Auburn. There are several Lions clubs in the area and give credit where credit is due!
